CC Beauty Studios operates a private-suite hair salon at 336 E Rowland St, Covina, CA 91723, and this website at ccbeautystudios.com. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” mean CC Beauty Studios. You can reach us at info@ccbeautystudios.com.
Important: our stylists are independent businesses
Each stylist who works from a suite at CC Beauty Studios runs their own independent business. They set their own prices, keep their own schedules, and use their own booking and payment systems.
This means that when you click “Schedule Service” or “View Prices” on a stylist’s profile, you may leave this website and continue on a booking platform that the stylist controls — for example GlossGenius, Square, Vagaro or Booksy. Any information you enter there — your name, contact details, appointment history, payment information or service notes — is collected by that stylist and that platform, not by us. We do not receive, store or have access to it. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read the policy of whichever platform your stylist uses.
Likewise, anything you discuss with your stylist during an appointment is between you and them.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly
If you fill in a form on this site or email or call us, we receive what you choose to send. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. If you apply to lease a suite, we may also receive your professional specialty, your California license number, your preferred move-in timing, and details about your business that you choose to share.
Form submissions are handled by the form tool installed on this website, and are stored in this site’s database and/or emailed to us.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our web host records standard technical information when a page is requested, including your IP address, browser type, the page you visited, and the date and time. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
As of the date above, this website does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking or advertising cookies, and it does not set cookies simply because you viewed a page. WordPress may set a cookie if you submit a comment or log in to an account on this site.
If we add analytics or other tracking in future, we will update this policy before or when we do.
Third-party services on this site

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We will not add you to a marketing list simply because you contacted us with a question.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and applications only as long as needed to deal with them and to keep reasonable business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as payment card details or a Social Security number through a form on this site or by email.
Your privacy rights

Requests about information held by an individual stylist or their booking platform need to go to that stylist or platform, since we do not hold that data.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it. Salon services for minors are arranged by a parent or guardian directly with the stylist.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, including our stylists’ booking pages and social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top. Please check back occasionally.
