Rates depend on the room — square footage, plumbing and configuration all factor in. Rather than post a number that may not apply to the suite you actually want, we’d rather walk you through it directly and be certain you’re quoted on the right space.

Bring your questions about term length, the deposit, what happens if you grow, and what it takes to move an existing book across. Tours run about twenty minutes.

Rates vary by suite, since square footage and plumbing differ meaningfully between rooms. We quote per suite so you’re priced on the space you actually want — call or submit the form below and we’ll send current pricing and availability.

Yes. There is no commission split and no percentage of your service or retail revenue. You lease the suite, you set your own prices, and what your clients pay you is yours.

Yes. Every professional here operates an independent business, which means a current California license for your discipline and your own professional liability insurance. We confirm both before a lease is signed — it protects you as much as the studio.

Absolutely — and we’d encourage it. Whether you use GlossGenius, Square, Vagaro, Booksy or something else, your profile on this site points your “Schedule Service” button at your own calendar and your “View Prices” button at your own price list. Your client data stays yours. If you don’t have booking software yet, we can host a simple price list and booking page for you on this site instead.

Yes. Carry whichever lines you believe in, price them how you like, and keep the full margin. Your suite includes storage and display space for retail.

You’re in good company — most professionals here made exactly that move. Check any non-compete or non-solicitation language in your current agreement first, then talk to us about timing. We’re happy to walk through how others have handled the transition.
